This is nothing casual. We cannot keep our excitement behind closed doors any longer. Andrew Hamlet and Mat Jones AKA Pressed And have created something truly special. It’s been clear from the first day we listened to “Raid” and it’s compelling composition that this band exudes a massive presence through their creative approach to songwriting. Imbue Up, Pressed And’s debut LP takes elements from a wide range of genres: ambient music, pop music, and at times hip hop. This album never get too technical or excessive. There’s a perfect amount of breathing room within tracks such as “Etching”, or total noise in contrast, like at the end of “Soul Muffin”. Pressed And’s impressive debut Imbue Up is a taste of the band’s promising future, and we can sure say it’s looking bright.
